Positive: The hotel is quite high tech and very zen. The receptionist, 小满goes all the way to help us when we met with challenges. For example, I put the wrong hotel address for my delivery and she helped all the way to ensure there is closure. If anyone looking for some unique and nice experience, highly recommend this hotel.

Positive: The staff were extremely polite and welcoming, and were very ready to help in all aspects and even helped with luggage without being asked. They were respectful at all times and even helped deliver online orders to the door. The hotel is extremely stylish, with heaps on offer, including tea, books and calligraphy. The rooms, especially the bathroom was extremely clean. Rooms also offered a projector, improving the TV experience (also allows for phone connection to project your phone screen). I thought the breakfast was well organised, with a selection of bread, corn, potato, pumpkin delivered to your seat, with congee and a selection of salt dishes, then a choice of noodles or wonton. Note that it is not buffet style, rather a set menu.

Negative: The toilet has an automatic flusher which activates by light and by weight, so you won't know when it flushes by accident. Sitting on the toilet activates the flush which starts spraying water everywhere before you do your business. You need to be very tactile and stand as soon as the flush activates in order to not get sprayed by toilet water. There is also a lack of privacy, with the bathroom doubling as the entryway to the room. Fine if it's family, however, not ideal if travelling with friends or family members of the opposite sex. The laundry room could also be improved, however, may not be possible due to the size of the hotel. A self laundry service is offered, however, they only have one washer/dryer, resulting in me coming back 5 mins late to my wet clothes in a heap and another person's clothes in the washer/dryer (incident not the hotel's fault, but sometimes you get stuck with people with poor manners). The washer/dryer was also not of commercial grade. Clothes that should have dried in the 1 hour it took to dry were still wet afterwards. Not an issue if you don't plan to wash/dry your clothes there.

Positive: Very nicely furnished hotel, tea-themed, cosy and clean. I liked that they made the room card as a bracelet; you'll never lose it. The room is big and you even got a tea set. It is close to the metro station, with food stalls nearby.

Negative: I gave it a go even though it has few reviews. I eventually found out that they offered a free breakfast if you rated them 10. I didn't take it as I want to tell the truth. Overall, it is not bad. I was just a bit disappointed with the set breakfast; it was quite healthy but bland, not what you'd expect from a 10/10 hotel. The room is quite noisy as I stayed on the 2nd floor, facing the main road.

Positive: At first we were unsure about the location, but during our stay everything was easily accessible. The atmosphere of the accommodation is fantastic, the room is very modern, nice and clean. The staff is very very nice, they were very helpful in everything. There is a room on one of the floors where you can relax, practice Chinese calligraphy and make incense. It is very relaxing, I can only recommend it!
