Positive: Great location, very helpful staff, no Aircon but didn’t bother us too much but it wasn’t too hot when we stayed, if it had been it might have been an issue, an enjoyable stay.

Negative: Bedrooms very small, didn’t bother us for a short stay

Positive: great, quiet location close to metro, bus, tram stops. close to laundry, bakery, and restaurants (le petit champerret is a gem 5 minutes away). beds were comfy.

Negative: no ac, no screen for the windows (mosquitos are a problem). dislike the style of the sink faucet. would rather have room keys for all travelers instead of getting the key from the front desk each time.

Positive: The hotel is located in a stunningly beautiful, safe neighborhood. Nearby there are many cafes, any kind of transportation, pharmacies, stores. Both on foot and by transportation you can easily get from the hotel to any attractions and back. The hotel is tiny and cozy. Breakfast was delicious and varied. The hotel staff is very friendly. My room number 2 was on the first floor. The room is very small, but it is enough for one person. The room has everything you need, it's very clean.

Negative: Unfortunately as expected in a small hotel quite strong audibility. If you have a sensitive sleep, you may be disturbed by voices and sounds in the corridor and the next room, water draining. In my room behind the wall I could constantly hear the sound of dripping water, which did not disturb me during the day, but very disturbing at night, because the sound was quite loud and of varying intensity, similar to banging. The hotel employee said it was normal and promised to see what could be done. But the second night I could hear this unpleasant sound. My advice if you have a sensitive sleep - take earplugs and walk a lot in Paris to be so tired that you will sleep deeply and not hear anything))))

Positive: Everything was perfect! We requested a room at a lower floor and the hotel helped us, the breakfast was really nice (they have a great coffee, tea and cereal buffet), the room was clean and had everything we needed, wi-fi working perfect and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Around there are cafes, restaurants and the metro. Also, the place is close to Porte Maillot where the bus from the airport dropped us off. We would definitely recommend this place!
