Negative: Distance of room from main facilities. The staff wa obstinate. The reason we stayed here was to enjoy an area called the View and live entertainment. Hostess would not let us sit there even though it was mid-day and happy hour unless we ordered food, even though we had later dinner reservations. Ridiculous!

Summary: For $350 plus; disappointing.

Positive: I love the room and how clean the facilities. I love that it has a hiking trail with guide trail and caution sign. The staff are helpful and kind. It’s also convenient to other shop and restaurants. Most of all we really enjoy the s’mores kit. They provide everything. We end it on finishing the scavenger hunt.

Negative: Checkin woman was incredibly rude, weird to put someone like that as the first contact at the resort. The hit tub was not hot and we told them several times. The steam room was broken. The coffee in the room was not working for our entire stay. They said they would send a replacement instead kept sending more pods for a broken machine.
