Summary: We can really not say enough about our experience. We felt like we had our own luxurious French apartment. Our host greeted us and led us up to our room where a lovely apple tart was waiting for us. The room was well appointed while being full of antiques. The photos don’t do it Justice. She gave us a great recommendation for dinner. Then we were greeted with the most delicious breakfast at our door. This is an extreme value for the level of luxury. We are already planning our return. I cannot recommend enough.

Summary: Simply exceptional. Caring, true caring, makes all the difference. From check-in coordination to food, from sharing the history of the house to amenities, from comfort to decoration. This is the kind of place that makes you say, ok from now on, I only go there when in the region.

Summary: Beautiful property with very gracious hosts. The breakfast was amazing. Large room with plenty of space to relax. Everything is very well-maintained and Wifi works great with no interruptions.

Summary: What a charming room in an apartment. The landlords do not speak English, but are extremely helpful and kind. We had a nice breakfast delivered outside our door at whatever time we asked for it. You can’t get this sort of Old world charm anywhere. They even gave you your own parking space, which is important because parking is hard to find in the cities . The landlord even went down with my husband to find his car and show him where the parking was . The apartment is in a historic building. They even give you something you can read about the history of Montbelliard

Summary: What a tremendous stay! I loved it. The proprietors were absolutely lovely. While I spoke no French and they little English, they were charming, gracious, absolutely lovely people. With a beautiful hotel/apartment, on the top floor of a grand and storied building fit for a prince, which you are when you stay. A beautiful, spacious, light filled room overlooking the square and Protestant church, a super comfortable bed, room to read and lounge and take in the play of light in this beautiful old building (a bit hard to find, as it was also a former Bank of France office, which is what the building nameplate still says). A spectacular breakfast brought to your door. And utterly charming proprietors. Highly recommend!
