Positive: Our family of four found the flat to be very modern and stylishly decorated, with excellent heating that kept us warm and comfortable throughout our winter stay. The location was convenient, with easy access to the city center via public transport. The check-in instructions were clear, but we had to rely on ringing a bell, which was inconvenient as no one was available, and we had to return later. Make sure to inform them of your arrival time to avoid this issue. Check-in was conveniently available from 3 PM and there was a washing machine available too.

Negative: However, there were drawbacks. The apartment was not properly cleaned, with leftovers found in the fridge and refrigerator. Each guest was provided with only one medium towel, with no hand or face towels available. The towels were dirty, with visible stains, hair, and signs of wear, having turned grey from their original white. The white pillowcases were yellowed, and the shower curtain was covered in mold. When we complained, we were asked for proof and dismissed with a response that they had been washed, but they were not professionals or a hotel. There was no airer to hang clothes, making it difficult to do laundry unless it's summer and you can use the small outdoor lines. Parking around the property was paid and always full, making it challenging to find a spot, but with some effort, we managed. Check-out was at 10 AM, which is earlier than usual for other properties in France

Positive: Spacious.. air conditioning.. washing machine.. dishwasher.. well stock kitchen. Very near metro and super market.. extremely quiet.

Negative: Bit shabby.. would do well if it was painted.. kitchen and bathroom definitely need deep cleans. Beds in both rooms very creaky when moving . No working outside lights..so had to use mobile phone to see key box's. We arrived late and left early in the morning The initial finding name of apartment was not very clear ..the fire did not work
