Positive: Everything at Chaloupka u Matušků exceeded our expectations! It was truly a wonderful summer holiday with our young daughter. The new cottage is elegantly decorated and contains all necessary amenities to make one’s stay pleasant and comfortable. The garden is spacious and beautifully kept - and even contains a relaxing hot tub that we enjoyed using after dinner. The cottage is located a couple of minutes’ walk from a lake which was perfect to cool down on hot days. There are also many possibilities for various excursions - culture, nature, hiking, etc. - within a short driving distance. The absolute highlight are the exceptional hosts, Kateřina and Roman, who, thanks to their kindness and pure love, completely spoil their guests! Roman is an extraordinary cook and, on most days, we asked him to prepare us meals - which were all simply succulent, without exception! Overall, we really enjoyed everything about the property and had a great holiday.
