Positive: Beautiful cabin with exceptional view on the tatra mountains. Very stylish and cosy place with a high standard. The service is also exceptional: they bring wood, they decorated the whole cabin for Christmas, there was even a Christmas tree in the living room and we got a welcome Aperitivo with delicious snacks at arrival! This place is just amazing. Not to mention the jacuzzi on the terrace and the sauna.

Negative: Everything was perfect. What you could do is to stock up in kitchen amenities. Otherwise there is great place just across the street with good basic polish food.

Positive: Chaletovo was a brilliant experience. The location is close enough to Zakopane for convenience, but you still benefit from being in a quieter village, and the view of the mountains is brilliant. The chalets are fitted out with everything you need for a short or long stay and the quality of the design and finishings are excellent. The resort has plenty to do between the spa pools, main pool, BBQ pit and outdoor areas which was brilliant for a family stay.

Negative: Can't fault the place at all. Even though two of the chalets are under construction still there wasn't even any noise from the builder.

Summary: Stunning chalets with an incredible view. Friendly owner who makes the experience.

Positive: A well-equipped cottage in a quiet location. There is a heated pool with a view of the mountains and a barbecue area. But the best thing is the host Piotr. Whatever we needed, he helped us and when necessary, he arrived personally within twenty minutes. I definitely recommend it!
