Summary: The property is in very poor condition. The washer and dryer do not work, there is a hole in the ceiling that they used foam to try to patch it. Well it rained the whole time we were there for a funeral and water was all over the bedroom floor. I almost slipped on the tiles going to the bathroom it was so much water. I tried to call the number listed in the email and there wasn’t ever an answer. The apartment is hot as the only air conditioning unit is in the bedroom and would only work on low. The hot water was never hot, Luke warm at best. The owner needs to fix broken things this little place has so much potential!

Summary: It was really nice, they were very helpful since we were going to miss check in time because we were struggling to get our rental. And they were able to get us in. The place was clean and even smelled clean.

Summary: Loved our stay but there is no air conditioning outside the bedrooms. It helps cool down the space if you use the fan to circle the air.

Summary: Facilites were good to excellent. Response from manager or owner to questions and issues were responded to immediately. Facilities were not closed to restaurants and shopping areas. You will need a vehicle to move around. Building has no elevator.

Summary: The property is beautiful and well kept. The owner is very fast to respond. The view is incredible. Very quiet. We would definitely stay here again. It is hard to Uber from the location. I would recommend a rental car. There are taxis available in the area. There is a little store in the neighborhood. It is a red house with perfume bottles advertised in the front. They sell perfume but not just that. They have everything in there from, shampop, drinks, flashlights, meat, shoes, toys, purses, etc. Back to the apartment again, the bed is comfy, the couch is comfy,great water pressure. The unit comes with lots of cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc. Very safe and gated community as well. We give it a 10 out of a 10.
