Summary: Great amenities and clean. But couldn't sleep 2 out of the 3 nights: 1st night. People in the pool area until 2am. 2nd night. Until 3.30 am. I complained on the second night around 2am, but at the end the answer was "there is nothing we can do" and shrug us off. We ended up walking around the hotel, were we discovered they had a HUGE social area with even a bigger pool and further away from the rooms. The hotel could've plan better or move them to a more appropriate space for all. and intil 3.30 am the second night.

Summary: We had an amazing experience with this resort. We had a lot of flight troubles and they were extremely accommodating and helpful. The staff is very friendly, the resort grounds are beautiful , very clean facilities, very family friendly for people traveling with kids. Will definitely visit again

Summary: Second stay for me at the Fajardo Inn, this time in low season, but sharing with a bunch of Armed Forces deployed to nearby Roosey Roads NAS, this place is Superb for a non-resort stay, super clean and with great staff at reception & restaurant.... it has an all needs covered store... and two large pools ...Will for sure return.

Summary: Wonderful! Only issue was a rude entitled driver sitting behind my children honking like a rude NJ driver. He came in irritated asking for me to move my car so he couod drop off a passenger. I thought, oh he is dropping off a disabled person that needs dropped at the stairs a few steps from his car since mine was parked dirextly in front for check in. Nope, completely able bodied woman gets out!?!$@%* Mind blown w the sense of entitlment a lot of people habe now. Anyways, NOTHING BAD TO SAY ABOUT FAJARDO INN AT ALL!!!!!! I will book again whwn we return!

Summary: This hotel was not as advertised. One pool was open but all other amenities were closed. The room felt dirty, the lock on the door was broken, all of the furniture was about 1 foot away from all of the walls, and when I tried to plug in my phone charger the outlet (which was loose) sparked. I didn't feel safe or comfortable and left after 1 night instead of spending 2 nights as intended.

Summary: Very disappointed by this hotel. Do not understand how it could get so many good reviews. The room was old, smelled old, the bathroom door was crumbling, the whole atmosphere was desolated. The staff used incredibly much time on the check-in.
