Positive: I liked everything about this property. It was a great location. Clean, spacious. Not too many stairs to get in and out. This was important for us because I have a disability and my mobility can be a little bit challenged and I was traveling with my parents who are starting to get older so just a little slower and it was nice that this wasn't too difficult to get in and out of. It was easy to do our own check-in. We found it with no problems. They had everything that we needed or wanted and it was very convenient. I would absolutely recommend this place or I would return if I come back and spend the night in the Zermatt.

Negative: I have no complaints or negative comments about this place. It was great.

Positive: Location is great. Nice view of the mountains, including Matterhorn. Easy access to to shopping, restaurants, and attractions. Also 100% clean and comfortable.

Summary: It’s a tiny room, but was all I needed for a short stay in Zermatt.

Positive: The apartment was beyond clean - it was nearly sterile. All the furniture was looking brand new. The bed was very comfortable, too. Although being close to the railway station (a definite plus!), the location is very quiet. The communication with the host was superb and my arrival and departure were very easy.

Negative: The only things that I was missing were a place to store my mountainbike (I managed to find one just in front of the house) and a little bit more space in the bathroom. ;) But these are really minor issues.

Summary: A perfect place for a solo-travaler.

Positive: Owner was accommodating and allow us to check in half an hour earlier as we reach earlier. Responsive to our queries. We were impress with the cleanliness of the property. Location is very convenient as there is a supermarket nearby and its walking distance to train station and the main shopping area.

Negative: Rubbish have to be thrown elsewhere which is quite inconvenient.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay and would love to return again.

Positive: Fabulous location. This place was exceptionally clean and well stocked. I would recommend this place as the perfect accommodation choice if you are ever thinking of staying in Zermatt. Communication with Rosemarie at all times was exceptional.
