Summary: Chalet clean. 5th open room is couch in a hallway that is called a room. Not much living space, especially to have 10 people around the table! Chest freezer downstairs. Flight of stairs and narrow grassy area to the chalet difficult with a stroller. Stunning area, well looked after property

Summary: - Nicely equipped chalet, liked the rooms, fire place and the sauna - Well equipped kitchen - Excellent & friendly service through support team - Heating was an issue as the ground floor was very cold without heaters (need to use the fire place) - Difficult path out off the lower exit door/ski room as there are no stairs and the way down/up was slippery & icy

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at chalet "Les Marmottes". The chalet is located in the little town La Tzoumaz, which is part of "Savoleyre" and the "4 Vallées" ski resorts. La Tzoumaz is a quiet town with all the amenities you need. We were kindly welcomed by "4 Vallées 4 Saisons". They offered various discounts (on ski lessons, equipement rental...) which were a substantial plus when traveling with a group. The chalet is furnished and decorated with care. It is perfectly equipped for 10. The living room and kitchen area is very comfortable (fireplace, huge sofa, big dining room table...) and offers a breathtaking view on the valley and mountains. We loved the spacious ski-room, very convenient to store the equipment and shoes. The chalet also has a sauna to relax after a day of skiing... The slopes are easily accessible by skiing-out of the chalet (beginner-intermediate skiers) and taking the free shuttle. Ski-in is also possible. The "4 Vallées" ski-resort is the biggest in Switzerland. You'll find slopes for all levels and great altitude restaurants. We loved the "Tzoumaz-Savoleyre" side which has a great variety of slopes. We warmly recommend chalet "Les Marmottes" and we will not hesitate to come back !

Summary: We had a wonderful stay. The chalet itself was beautiful, clean, accommodating... Everything we needed was available, from utensils in the kitchen, to soft blankets! I would especially like to thank Anna, who was extremely helpful throughout the whole process: from booking to departure. She helped us with finding the right house, and saw to all of our special demands:-) from spare freezer to double set of highchairs and baby cots. Every request was met with a big: no problem I would sure use your services again next year for finding a holiday house again. In the name of the whole family, thank you again for your kindness, patience and help. ps. a little advise: let your customers know that the chalet is not so easily accessible for baby buggies and young children.
