Positive: We have enjoyed our stay at Chalet La Petite Ourse, the location was beautiful, great surroundings, recommended for short trips in the area of Colmar or walking, trekking in the nature. The accommodation has offered all what was needed, including a swimming pool and a sauna, great for evening relaxation. The nice included breakfast was prepared by the host, which we were glad to meet and talk with. Parking on the premises is also provided. The host was very friendly, nice and helpful.

Summary: Great Easter Holiday here, relaxing and enjoyable!

Negative: The room at the top of the chalet was not totally private and the tv was virtually impossible to watch as it was tucked under the eaves - this room would not suit anybody tall or with mobility issues. A kettle in the basement was inconvenient, a blind was broken and the glass in the window was also broken. Overpriced for the lack of comfort.

Positive: We had an amazing experience at this place. The facility is new and well maintained. The view from the room is fantastic! The owners and staff are very kind and helpful. Breakfast was also excellent. Parking is easy at the location, free of charge. There is even a shared indoor swimming pool and a sauna.

Positive: When we arrived, we knew we had chosen well. The view of the rolling hills and expanse of trees is unbeatable. Check-in was simple and the host welcoming. Walking inside to the cozy smell of sauna—we wished we lived here permanently. The room was spotlessly clean, very new and well designed. The self-service heated pool and sauna were ideal, as were the nights spent on our balcony enjoying wine, local cheese, and of course the view. We will miss having breakfast each morning overlooking the trees. It’s the perfect place to explore nearby Colmar and the Alsace region, by car of course. The quaint town of Munster is no more than a 10-15 minute drive, with plenty of restaurants. We really can’t wait to come back, don’t hesitate to book.

Positive: The location is absolutely stunning with great views of the mountain surroundings. Francois is a gracious host. The chalet is tastefully decorated with attention to detail. The pool and sauna were great with views on the beautiful views of the mountains and valley. Francois's local restaurant recommendation was spot on.

Negative: Although the breakfast was served with beautiful views on the terrace it could have been more.
