Positive: Everything. We had the most wonderful stay at Chalet L’Etagne! The chalet itself is beautiful, cozy, and exceptionally well-kept, with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The location is absolutely perfect – close enough to everything you’d want to access, yet still peaceful and relaxing. What truly made the experience special, though, were the hosts. They were welcoming, attentive, and genuinely friendly. It’s rare to find such a perfect combination of setting, comfort, and hospitality. I would highly recommend Chalet L’Etagne to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay – and we are already looking forward to returning!

Positive: Beatrice and her husband are the most amazing hosts and made our stay so enjoyable. Breakfasts on the sunny terrace overlooking the lake & slopes are brilliant with fresh pastry’s and home made yogurt. Location is brilliant right next to the lake and ski lift. Rooms and chalet all perfectly kept and the sauna a nice bonus too. Also very accommodating with my partner who worked for a day in the main lounge - wifi was excellent. Will 100% be returning!

Positive: Very well decorated in a French chalet style, fake fur throws, wood floors, stone sink and walk in shower. Warm and cosy. Log fire in the shared living room. 5mins walk to the ski lifts, and a view of the Olympic ski jump. Our hosts were incredibly helpful, polite and accommodating.

Negative: Nothing!

Positive: We came across Chalet L’etagne by coincidence and I think it is safe to say that we will be planning our trips to Courchevel depending on the availability of the lovely place. The location is amazing, just across the gondola that is open from 07:30 to 23:30 taking you to 1850. There are many sweet little restaurants at the village. The rental place is just next to the B&B. The rooms are spotless and there is cleaning service everyday. There are lovely amenities inside the rooms like Loccitane shampoos and soaps. There is a sauna and jacuzzi which looks amazing (we forgot our bathing suits so could not use it but it was again spotless.) There is a ski room with direct access from outside. After all this what made us fall in love even more with the place and made us feel like we are home was the hospitality and warmth of Béatrice and Jacky. There is an amazing breakfast at the common living room everyday with home made yoghurts and jams to amazing pastries, cheeses, bread everything. They helped us so much when one of our family members got injured, we were really happy to be there everyday. We cannot wait to come back next year. We loved our amazing but brief time at Chalet L’etagne.

Positive: The chalet was absolutely perfect! Everything was exceptionally clean, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and the location could not have been better—right next to the ski lift. The cosy atmosphere and attention to detail truly made it a luxurious experience.
