Positive: Friendly staff, most could converse in English, very good food and could accommodate dietary preferences. I like that we could open windows (the bug screen attached to the windows is great) but also means there are some bugs in the room but they don’t bother us.

Positive: I found belongings leaved at hotel after check out. The hotel staff assisted to arrange shipment.

Negative: The hotel insisted that the receipt of room charge shall be issued by booking.com. They made it until guest present the partner terms between hotel and booking.com.

Positive: Friendly staff and great MANAGEMENT little pricey but unique location and property! The room was great huge and onsen the highlight!

Negative: They should include food for indian travelers and should have diversity in the menu!

Positive: Meals are excellent. Ingredients are fresh and seasonal. Staff are responsive and gracious. Lounge facilities are comfy and elegant. Selection of snacks are delicious. A variety of instant food available for midnight snacks. Food choices prepared by Chef Ito was superb.

Positive: The resort/hotel was amazing! Worth every penny. The food was delicious, the spa relaxing, the room beautiful and the private onsen amazing! I did not want to leave.

Negative: Through no fault of the hotel- I believe the room above us had a small child that was running/stomping around. I was not able to nap. Perhaps families with kids could stay on the bottom floor. The staff explained everything about the room EXCEPT how to use the water for the private onsen. We figured it out but it would have been great to be shown.

Summary: Pricey and location is a bit out of the way BUT 100% worth it!!

Positive: The facility is great, new and clean. The in-room onsen is very convenient for our family. The kids love onsen! And the food is exceptional especially the dinner

Negative: We stayed there on April 15-17 2025. The view is okay, not beautiful as in Winter.
