Positive: The gentleman at the desk at night was amazing, very helpful. I love the fact that they gave us a key to the door of the room and not a swipe card. It's very tranquil and nostalgic. We are already planning to stay there on our next trip in December. The patio furniture outside the door of the room was a nice touch.Great to have a morning cup of coffee or tea.

Negative: There was nothing that I did not like about staying at the Chalet Inns and Suites.

Positive: It was adequate for the 2 nights we stayed.

Negative: The room was very humid, there was only one chair and the doors needed refinishing. My stepdaughter’s room had mold.

Summary: I would not book a room here again.

Positive: Staff and location were great, beds were comfortable. Room was very clean.

Negative: Well, either wall was thin between my room and the o e to my left or woman did not have an inside voice. Windows definitely could use some sound mitigation.
