This beautiful chalet is located in the middle of the ski areas of Zell am See/Kaprun and Kitzbühel/Kirchberg in Salzburgerland in the cozy village of Niedernsill. The chalet is a semi-detached house, with the right half all to yourself. Due to the large area spread over three floors, it is an ideal holiday home for friends or families.
Niedernsill is an ideal starting point for a holiday both in summer and in winter. There are many possibilities for e.g. B mountain bikers, golfers, hikers, glacier skiers, paragliders, horse riders and of course those looking for peace and quiet in the immediate vicinity. In winter you can drive to the slopes of Kitzbühel and Zell am See in just a few minutes.
On the ground floor is the living room with an open kitchen. From here you have direct access to the large terrace with the garden. As an extra there is a basement with ski storage room and after a wonderful day in the snow, a great hike or a mountain bike tour you can relax in your own wellness area with sauna.
If you rent a cot and high chair for the baby, linen is also supplied. Both bed linen and towels.

Summary: The house and interior is great, but cleaning was not finished when we arrived. We told the manager in advance that we would arrive at 4pm, but cleaning was finished 5:30pm.

Summary: Waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt. Schönes Haus, modern, große Sauna … alles vorhanden und funktionsfähig. Wir werden wieder kommen.

Summary: Prachtig huis, van alle gemakken voorzien! Mooie basis om Salzburgerland te verkennen. Wandelen, goudzoeker, zoutmijn, therme baden en zwemmeer. Voor ieder wat te doen. Geweldig!

Summary: Die Stonemountain Lodge ist wirklich wunderschön. Noch schöner wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Wir waren mit 7 Personen dort. Darunter 3 Kinder. Es ist super, dass es viele Bäder gibt und jeder sich auch mal zurückziehen kann. Die einzigen kleinen Verbesserungen wären die Anschaffung einer neuen, vielleicht etwas größeren Couch (Die jetzige ist sehr durchgesessen) und evtl. ein paar Gewürze mehr könnten in der Küche vorhanden sein. Ansonsten wie gesagt absolut top. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Summary: Een heel mooi huis als uitvalbasis voor een mooie wintersport vakantie. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. Wij waren met 2 gezinnen op vakantie. De huiskamer is niet heel groot, maar prima voor 2 gezinnen.

Summary: Wir sind das dritte mal in dieser Ferienwohnung Gäste. 2019 und 2020 hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung. 2022 war für uns hingegen sehr ernüchternd. Bei Anreise das erste große Erschrecken! Kein Ausblick mehr von der Terrasse auf die Berge. Es wurde eine weitere Reihe Ferienhäuser in 10 m Abstand zu unserem Ferienhaus errichtet. Nicht schön, wenn dir jeder in die Wohnung schauen kann. Beim Bezug der Wohnung mussten wir feststellen, dass der Boden nicht gereinigt war. Er klebte und war verdreckt. Es wurde erneut gereinigt und wir könnten mit Verspätung die Ferienwohnung beziehen. Nach dem auspacken wollten wir es uns auf dem Sofa bequem machen. Wir mussten diese aber auch erst von Verpackungsmüll befreien und absaugen. Auch unter dem Sofa sah es nicht lecker aus! Wir haben diese Wohnung in sehr guter Erinnerung gehabt aber leider hat sich innerhalb eines Jahres vieles geändert. Defekte Lampen, ein aus der Wand gerissener Thermostatregler für die Heizung, angebrachte Wandleuchten die herunter hängen sowie fehlendes Inventar in der Küche sind nur einige Dinge die ich erwähnen möchte. Wir haben auf diese Sachen hingewiesen und der Hausmeisterservice hat versucht die Probleme zu beheben. Die Ferienwohnung ist eigentlich sehr schön. Mann sollte sich nur mehr um den Zustand kümmern und nicht nur Kohle machen.....
