Summary: I cannot say enough good things about Chateau Baron and their staff! The house was perfect for entertaining our group of 14 friends. We spent hours by the beautiful pool and in the spacious living and dining rooms -- sunsets poolside with wine and charcuterie are highly recommended! The staff were also extremely responsive with wonderful recommendations for tour groups, private chefs, etc. And they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. I wish I could return every year- it was really a magical place.

Summary: Very nice place just as presented in the listing. Beautiful decor and all the amenities. Pool is delightful but could do with proper pool loungers. Some noise from passing train but Otherwise a magnificent place.

Summary: The Chalet was wonderful. The pool was perfect. The location was conveniently located next to the water taxi. A small grocery, restaurant and bakery are also within a 5 min. walk . We were quickly downtown Bordeaux without any transportation worries. We were a large family group with very young children. The separate apartment was perfect for the young family. The entire Chalet was beautifully decorated. The neighborhood was welcoming and quiet. A great place to stay.
