Summary: Madame Yan was very welcoming and kind. The property is small but cosy suitable for a small family (but not very young children as the stairs to the mezzanine are more of a ladder). My daughter loved sleeping in the cupboard and my 11 year old son on the mezzanine. The house is small but very functional and has everything you need. Be aware there is no sofa though as the front room is the adult bedroom so if you weren't blessed with good weather and can't sit outside it might get a bit tricky of an evening. It's a good base for touring.

Summary: We had a really good stay here this summer. The property is simple, yet comfortable and well appointed. The shared garden is lovely and the owner is very helpful and friendly. We were able to travel as far as Paris (2.5 hour drive) for day trip with no trouble and also visited Amiens (40 min drive) and Dieppe (40 min drive) easily. We liked Mers Les Bains as a seaside town locally and the town of Eu looked lovely, although we were unable to stop there for more than 5 mins. The nearby forest is lovely and has potential for those wanting outdoor activities like cycling or walking. The local supermarket in Gamaches is currently closed due to a fire so if planning to buy food prior to arrival I recommend travelling to the supermarkets near Eu. The property was exactly as described and the owner answered my many questions quickly and accurately. Wheelchair access was good, Mme Yan can answer questions regarding this and I recommend that you seek all of the access details before completing your booking. I would recommend this property to others, we had a really nice time.

Summary: We, a family with two little children, stayed here for one week. It was small, simple but just sufficient for one week. We loved the garden, bathroom and the location, but were less satisfied with the dull knives and the lack of curtains on the mezzannine to name a few; this can be improved easily. Thérèse was very friendly and helpfull!
