Positive: A beautiful villa surrounded by picturesque vineyards. A truly magical experience matched only by the wonderful and warm staff, and in particular, Marion and Laure, who made our stay so special. The wine tasting offered by the chateau is the icing on cake and should not be overlooked. Highly recommended. Thank you Chateau Grand Corbin for a truly magical experience.

Positive: I had a wonderful stay! The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even more pleasant. The place was cozy, warm, and beautifully kept — everything was very clean and well-maintained. It truly felt like a home away from home.

Positive: From the moment we booked Chateau Grand Corbin our experience was first class. Communication was excellent. This was our first trip to the Bordeaux region and both Laure and Marion were extremely helpful with directions to the property and with recommendations for dining, winery tours and sights in Saint Emilion. Upon arrival we were met with smiling faces and a beautiful charcuterie board and bottle of wine to enjoy in their spacious back garden. The Chateau is massive compared to European hotels and BnB's. It is situated right in the middle of their 90+ hectares of vineyards. Gorgeous views in all directions. Each of the 3 rooms is named after a grape varietal. We stayed in the Merlot room. Very spacious, king bed lots of natural lighting along with a big bathroom with a relaxing tub. I believe this is the only room with a tub if that is important to you. We had brought our parents along on this trip and they stayed in the Cabernet Sauvignon room-again very spacious with a king bed. Day 2 was spent in the cute town of Saint Emilion. Their advice for must see sights were spot on. They made our lunch reservation and organized a tour of the Saint Emilion Monolithic underground church and catacombs. Day 3 was spent visiting wineries and lunch. They arranged a last minute private driver/tour guide for these visits. This was a great way to see and learn about the area and was a relaxing way to spend the day. I highly recommend using Guillaume as your driver/tour guide during your stay. Very friendly and knowledgeable and speaks perfect English. Our wine tasting tour ended back at Chateau Grand Corbin where we had 4 tastings of their wine and tour of their facility. Day 4 was spent in the Cognac region. This was a last minute, change of plan excursion. Both Laure and Marion exceeded exceptions and booked the most beautiful lunch/tour/tasting at Remy Martin. If you want to visit the Cognac region, again, I highly recommend this tour.

Summary: We were truly treated like family and look forward to our next stay at Chateau Grand Corbin

Positive: A beautiful mansion with very spacious rooms. Mrs. Marion was a perfect hostess. She was very hospitable and warm. We were actually in the middle of a vineyard. The view from my room was so refreshing! With a car, it’s perfect. But without one, access could be a problem. On site parking was very convenient.
