Positive: We could not have been made more welcome by Sylvie. Such a gracious host. The walk through the garden was wonderful. The bed was very comfortable, the room full of lovely furniture and the modern bathroom - Wow! Breakfast was superb, Sylvie as usual being very attentive. We left the table and waddled back to our room. Great place to stay.

Positive: Super friendly owner. Very large and comfortable room. The heating worked well. Freedom to explore the grounds. Historic building. Excellent breakfast, with home-made produce.

Negative: Nothing really. It would be nice to have an evening meal option but we knew not to expect that so it wasn't a problem.

Positive: The castle is situated on a beautiful estate where peace and nature are the main focus. There is no better hostess; the hospitality was immense. The stay was also perfect for families with children. In short, a top-notch stay that we thoroughly enjoyed with our two young children. Highly recommended.

Negative: The stay was ideal for us, so we have no negative points. Even during the hot weather of 30+ degrees, it was pleasantly cool inside because it’s a castle with thick walls.
