Negative: Stayed in a junior suite there wasn’t enough hot water for a bath had to rinse my hair with cold water beautiful building and grounds but has been let down with things like ikea flat pack furniture in the rooms which you wouldn’t expect to see in a chateaux 2 lots of food had to sent back it was over cooked and luke warm they did bring us out something else that wasn’t hot either

Positive: Delightful stay at this amazing chateau - it really is as stunning as the pictures. The dinner was delicious and in such a beautiful room. The staff were great and very friendly also. Highly recommend

Negative: The breakfast was way overpriced for what we got. There was also no staff in the lounge when we went for tea despite buzzing.
