Summary: Lovely old chateau with amazing features. Very close to cognac for great food. Owner was very welcoming and helpful, his home was charming and very traditionally french in decor. Breakfast was a veritable feast including fresh eggs from his own chickens and more varieties of teas than you can wave a stick at. We loved it and would certainly stay again and his recommendation for food was spot on.

Summary: Beautyful place with stylish room with comfortable bed. Fantastic breakfast. We were there after high season and in cloudy wether so the place was very isolated and nothing to do, restaurangs or cafe´s far away.
