Positive: On the beach nearly and restaurant on the beach was very good

Negative: Service was quite poor for a 4 star hotel. No kettle in the room to ale tea or coffee and coffee at the hotel was very expensive. No laundry service !

Summary: The staff was very kind and made up for the lack of equipment and facilities

Positive: Excellent Staff: The staff were genuinely kind and helpful. A special thanks to Mme Aziza for her exceptional care and professionalism — she made our stay even more enjoyable. Good Location: The hotel is well located in a lively area. To our surprise, the beach was just a 3-minute walk away, much closer than we expected. Beach Chiringuito: A highlight of the stay! Hotel guests have access to a beautiful chiringuito right by the beach. The staff there were fantastic, the ambiance was lovely, and the food was delicious. Food & Dining: Meals at the hotel were consistently good, with a satisfying variety and fresh ingredients.

Negative: Outdated Furniture: The room décor and furnishings are showing their age. Some areas, especially the furniture and storage, would benefit from renovation. Air Conditioning in Restaurant: The air conditioning was turned off during breakfast, which made the dining area quite uncomfortable — this is something that definitely needs improvement.

Summary: A lovely stay with great staff and beach access — a renovation would make it even better.
