Positive: The staff are extremely friendly. There is ski in ski out. Breakfast was excellent and every day there was music or DJ for apres-ski. Spa, sauna, and warm pool all available. Location is perfect with quick access to the Funicular and to the Village.

Negative: The light in the room is very low, the pillows were all soft, chairs in the balcony not comfortable.

Summary: Highly recommend it and would definetely stay there again!

Positive: Amazing option for a skiing trip in Zermatt - everything is 5 star: service, location, restaurants, spa, ski-in/out. We loved that we could effectively spend all non-skiing time in the hotel if we wanted to - given the spa and three great restaurants.
