Summary: Hotel was clean, staff were friendly and breakfast was good. Hteat bathroom ameneties. But bathroom needed an update in my opinion, for the rates charged. Shower doors or at least a curved shower rod vs a basic shower curtain, along with a higher countertop would be ideal. It was a stretch to brush my teeth and I'm ceetainly not tall.

Summary: Check in was very fast. Hotel room and bathroom were very clean. Room (scenic twin) was a nice size with a great view. Breakfast buffet had a good selection of food. Would stay here again!

Summary: We were so pleased to find this hotel was a six minute walk from the JR, Shinjuku station. Very easy to take the airport bus to get here. At first, the entrance is strange as it’s up on the 20th floor of an office building but then the rooms go up to the 35th floor and we were fortunate enough to get one of those. The room was clean, enough room for two travellers for five nights with a fair amount of luggage, nice soaker tub, and good quality toiletries in the room. Front desk staff are willing to help you in anyway, and the overall ambiance of Japanese people is peaceful and kind. Excellent location and easy to see when you come out of the train because there’s only a few high-rises right here.

Summary: Loved staying at century Southern Tower. Amazing views staff were great. Hotel lobby inviting and clean. Stay there for 4 nights. Great location and close to Shinjuku station. Convenient for all the other areas in Shinjuku.
