Positive: bed and sofa are comfortable, missed a fan and a small fridge would be perfect

Negative: doesn’t feel like was really clean, you could smell the sewage from the toilet, window too small for a summer day, the bedroom was really warm, if there was a fan would’ve helped, also adding a fridge would make it better

Positive: The apartment is very well located , two minutes from the Grand Place and the main attractions. There are restaurants and cafés everywhere, so full of people at every hour, but you can't hear noise from the room. Also the room is quite big and the bed very comfortable. The host is very reactive, I had a small inconvenience on the last day but he promptly tried to find a solution. As a whole, I'm quite happy to have chosen this place!

Negative: There are some minor "negative" aspects too: the bathroom is not the greatest, the sink is very small and there aren't any shelves where to put your stuff. I think with some very little improvements , the apartment could be a top one, considering its position and its price-quality ratio!

Positive: The location it's really perfect. Surrounded by bars and restaurants right in the city center, closed to public transport, and is a quiet room.

Negative: The bathroom (toiler, sink and shower) were disappointing. We are very easy going people but this was not acceptable. Those are basic facilities that need to be presentable and igienic. No shelve where to put your toiletries, no soap/shampoo provided.
