Summary: This is a nice little house in Montrose, Colorado. Prefect for visiting the westerns side of Colorado. Since its in the middle of town it does not have beautiful views but its close to shopping and is a great jumping off point for your travels.

Summary: Beautiful home full of necessities and extras that made it better. Cleanliness could have been better we found a lot of crumbs in the beds/couches as well as lots of dust. Overall we had a nice stay and enjoyed our weekend would definitely stay again.

Summary: Surprisingly nice home and excellent location. We used this as a staging point for trips to Telluride, Black Canyon of the Gunnison, and other points near Montrose. Our family of four fit very comfortably into this home and there are walking trails very close by. Excellent stay

Summary: We recently stayed at Park Place vrbo in Montrose as we had an extra day before we could fly home. The house was clean and exceeded every expectation . We enjoyed playing Jenga, watched two movies and had pizza . W would definitely recommend this property if tour travels take you into the area.
