This spacious ground-floor one bedroom, one bathroom apartment makes a great home base for enjoying all St. Pete has to offer. A short distance to businesses, restaurants, and downtown. The apartment includes a large bedroom with queen-size Tempurpedic mattress, tv, dresser and corner desk.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped and includes a cooktop, microwave and convection oven combo, Keurig coffee maker and plenty of supplies for those that wish to cook up a meal.

You'll have access to the apartment via your private entrance. You can enjoy the private patio and side yard that has an outdoor table with umbrella, patio lights and a fire pit.

Summary: The place was top notch. From furniture, decorations, bed, kitchen supplies, etc. The bed was more than comfortable and the supplies were beautiful. The owner always answered on time and although the place was attached to their house, we rarely heard them. The outside space was great and we had use of the gas grill. I would highly recommend this place for anyone wanting an upscale stay in St. Petes, close to grocery stores and everything you need.

Summary: It is exactly as advertised, beautiful, quiet and perfect for two people. We were looking for a place that was slightly removed from all the noise of downtown but still centrally located enough to easily drive anywhere we wanted to go.
