Architecturally designed, 2010 Alexandrina Council / National Trust award winning home for heritage reproduction. Luxury accommodation located in the heart of Goolwa.
Located at 15 Wildman Street, Goolwa you can park your car and leave it there for the entire stay. With less then 5 minutes walk to the Main Street and Goolwa Wharf you can enjoy all of the wonderful cafes, restaurants, pubs and galleries that Goolwa has to offer.
The main bedroom has an exceptionally comfortable king sized bed with luxury linen and an ensuite. There is even a LCD TV on the wall if you choose to stay in bed all day!
Upstairs, the second bedroom has another king bed that can be split into two single beds and also has a flat screen TV
The third bedroom also upstairs has a bunk bed and children's cubby house built into the room and a Simpsons Pin Ball Machine for hours of entertainment.
All 3 bedrooms are equipped with reverse cycle air conditioning.
Captain's Quarters offers a cosy lounge room with gas fire, LCD television, DVD player, Stereo and comfortable leather sofa, perfect for a winters night.
The dining room includes a dining table seating 6 and fully equipped kitchen with gas stove and oven, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator.
We a bottle of wine for your enjoyment on arrival.
Off the main living space is the main bathroom that is equipped with a relaxing spa bath
This executive home has off street parking, private outdoor area with BBQ and overlooks Goolwa sports ground.

Summary: Hi, We had another lovely weekend in Goolwa. It is a pleasure to stay in Captain's Quarters. There were a couple of things this time. A broken wine glass in the cupboard. Removed and placed in bin. The ensuite toilet partially blocked. There was a sanitary pad stuck in the toilet. We managed to remove and dispose of. Problem solved. Thank you for the use of the cottage. Very clean and comfortable. Cheers Lyn Dugmore

Summary: Wonderfully located cottage, clean and well-appointed for a relaxing break away. Great for families. Easy check in, convenient off-street parking and lots of tourist information made available from the hosts. We slept great in super comfy beds. "The Simpsons" game and the complimentary bottle of red wine were fantastic and we thoroughly enjoyed the relaxing spa bath too. Only wish we could have stayed longer!

Summary: This property was a joy to spend time in. The great features are: close proximity to everything, modern features internally, Wifi and smart TV's, Comfy beds, clean and tidy, coffee machine, ample supplies and toiletries provided. A small thing to mention: stairs are very steep and 2 of the bedrooms are upstairs (with both bathrooms downstairs). We had 2 younger children who we eventually had sleeping in the master bedroom downstairs as we were worried they would wake in the night and fall down the stairs! Perhaps a baby gate for the top of the stairs, available to those who need it could solve this? Otherwise, a beautiful little place that felt like home - will definitely be back! Thank you!

Summary: Captains Cottage is a very comfortable place to stay. Close to main street and wharf area. Once again we enjoyed our stay. Well equipped spacious cottage with comfortable beds. Would definitely recommend.

Summary: This property is beautifully presented and decked out to cater to all of your needs. Exceptionally clean, tastefully furnished, with luxury toiletries provided. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the shower was amazing. We were very impressed. It exceeded our expectations.
