Positive: We enjoyed the proximity of location to the c. B. D that it could accommodate the entire group, so we could all stay together. It was very spacious and accommodating, and we enjoyed it a lot. It was great that there were 2 fridges and ample space in the kitchen and Lange and dining. It was awesome that it had a movie theater and separate games, room, plenty of entertainment. For all and it was awesome that it had a private outside area as well What definitely stay again

Negative: Unfortunately, there was an ashtray outside full of cigarettes, along with some used bottles of water. The front area had quite a few cigarette, butts as well and some of the glasses and cups weren't clean properly and had lipstick stains on them. Other than that, it was perfect.

Positive: It’s exactly as described and pictured. Great set up for multiple couples and families. Plenty of room for everyone to be doing their own things. Comfortable beds, great showers and everything you need.

Negative: Not a didn’t like as such as it didn’t matter to us but if you had kids that wanted to be let loose outside it is not a good set up for outdoor living. But heaps of space inside and things to do so didn’t matter.

Positive: Loved the fact each room had a bathroom and plenty of space for 5boys to unwind after a busy day in the city. The theatre and gaming room were hits! Great location and price.

Negative: We couldn’t get the tv in the main lounge to go but it wasn’t needed anyway as each room had a tv.

Positive: As described. Great setup for a big group. Ample parking space in front of the house. Cinema and games room was amazing. If you have kids and teenagers they will not get bored if it is a rainy day and you have to stay indoors. Hassle free check in and check out. Great cooking and dining facilities. You can’t beat having own bathroom in each room. Will definitely stay again!

Negative: Not a big issue, would have given a 10 if the carpet was cleaner.

Positive: As a family group there were multiple living spaces which is important when have several teenagers. Each of the 6 rooms had its own shower and sink which was an amazing feature. The movie room was better than we thought and the games room kept the kids entertained. Location was great too, not far from the main city but relatively quiet. We could've stayed longer, will definitely be back.

Negative: We had an issue with the wifi working on phones and the Playstation which was resolved on day 3. Need to promote the $2 fee per hour for dryer but these were minor things that did not hinder our overall experience

Positive: The place was amazing. It is everything and more. Teen boys loved the games room and awesome movie theater. Neel was extremely fast at replying and went out of his way to make the place great for our arrival. Great sized bedrooms and beds are comfy, and the showers have great water pressure. There was a group of 6 of us, and all of us loved our time at this gem of a place. There was everything we needed at this place. I am hoping I get the opportunity to stay here again as I have not stayed anywhere as equipped and as fun as this place is.

Positive: We liked EVERYTHING about this property, and Neel was accommodating to our last-minute requests. There were 11 of us, so this place was perfect. Own shower and toilet, games room kept the teens entertained, cinema was better than an actual cinema, complimentary food, warm, ideal location, and the list goes on...There is nothing not to like about this place. We highly recommend and look forward to coming back.
