Negative: No window and no air conditioning the first night do very hot. Window opened into a store room. Hard to locate and stairs very dark. Luckily we came in about lunchtime. Would have been a problem if a late arrivals.

Positive: Although outside was extremely noisy on weekend, this didn't effect the peace and quiet inside the room!! Room was kept clean. Location was excellent.

Negative: That taxis could not reach inside directly, and there was no lobby or 'concierge' being there all day. People will need that in case of sudden health or other problems.

Summary: All in all I was very happy with the room, the cleanliness, the responsible lady showing me my room.
