Negative: Instructions about getting to and into the property could be improved. You can’t drive to the property due to bollards stopping vehicles entering the central part of town. It is not a long walk from the parking area but would have been good to be aware of this. We entered the apartment complex ok, but then had difficulty getting to the front door of the apartment as there was a big heavy door we had to go through that seemed to be locked. It turned out it wasn’t but we didn’t know we had to go through this door, then it seemed to be locked, so a bit of confusion and text messages to the owner (we did ring but they didn’t speak English so communicated by text). Once in the unit, the heating was broken and the floor very sticky. The owner came quickly to mop the floor when we told them, and provide a heater.

Summary: Worked ok but not our best Booking.com experience.
