Positive: Very clean, good location. Garage parking off the street. Friendly and accommodating staff and owner.

Negative: The bed was too small for 2 people, a queen size would have been much better and would fit on the concrete frame. I'm 6"3 and I don't fit on a double bed with my wife who is small.

Positive: It's a very neat and cozy apartment with a beautiful roof, a nice seating area and beautiful bedroom. The owner was very helpful and nice. She arrived within 5 minutes upon my arrival to show me around the apartment personally.

Negative: There is a smell coming from the tubes, but nothing to worry about, as you can close the tubes and hence nothing can be smelled.

Positive: I loved the charm, the behive ceiling, the location couldn't be beat. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom and kitchen were clean and well appointed. I loved having a washer, since I'd packed light for a long stay. Owner was friendly and very attentive to questions and needs.

Negative: the built in sofa wasn't the most comfortable, but it was sufficient for the few hours each night I was sat watching TV or doing computer work.

Positive: Location was good, Morelos is a main road therefore traffic can be very noisy. The apartment is clean and well supplied

Negative: Water pressure in shower was terrible. Our car was damaged, property only offers street parking on this very busy street.

Summary: There are many more facilities in LC that would be less noisy and safer

Negative: I think the only thing was it could be loud at times, the street is very busy.
