Central location with many amenities within walking distance, a breakfast restaurant next door, and several others within a couple of blocks. Mountain bike up South table mountain just blocks away then relax with a beer at the brewery across the street. Close to highways to go into Denver or to the mountains, and downtown Golden is just minutes away. Private driveway with plenty of parking. Red rocks is 10 minutes away.

Summary: super easy to communicate with Michael! The place was clean and easy to get to. the street seems like it would be noisy but it wasn't. Highly recommend!

Summary: Two couples (brothers & their wives) - all great friends - spent an absolutely amazing four days/three nights at Michael's charming, extremely comfortable, convenient and simply perfect cottage. Michael was the most gracious host and went above and beyond with his hospitality and generosity. The two bedroom, two full bath home was clean, cozy and well- appointed with everything needed (and more). The living room, kitchen & dining area were bright and cheery with sky lights. My husband and I stayed in the master bedroom, where the king size bed was very comfortable. I loved how dark and QUIET the room was with the curtains/doors drawn. There is a large walk in closet type unit with great shelving to put away your clothes (I hate living out of a suitcase so I loved that feature!) And the master bathroom right off the bedroom was lovely. My brother-in-law and sister-in-law reported their bed was also really comfortable & their bathroom was fabulous as well. The house is a very conveniently located - a stone's throw to great local breweries & places to eat. Downtown historic district of Golden is so close as well so we combination drove and ubered there quite a bit during our stay (lots of great breweries & restaurants there too!). Golden is such a cute town & we packed ALOT in during our short time there (main reason for our visit was for a family wedding). Being from Virginia, we are whimps when it comes to dealing with heat, so I wanted to be sure the place was cool enough. One of the first questions I asked Michael was if the unit had air conditioning. He replied that he used a central swamp cooler. I wasn't familiar with this, but learned it is an energy efficient and highly effective cooling system used in dry areas. Well - it was awesome. The house was VERY cool, despite some days getting in the 90s. Many thanks to Michael for sharing his home with us and helping us create some lifelong wonderful memories in Colorado!

Summary: This house is in a very convenient location. The owner is very nice and easy to deal with. We went a show at Red Rocks, ziplining and white water rafting in Idaho Springs, explored Boulder and enjoyed Denver.

Summary: Michael was a wonderful host! He was very attentive and kind, and made sure we had everything we needed. My pups had a great time playing with his dog Merlin who was a very sweet boy! We will definitely be back! Thank you so much Michael!

Summary: This house sits right in the heart of Golden, making it the absolute perfect spot for what we had in mind: Red Rocks concert, food and fun. It is about a 10 min drive to Red Rocks amphitheater (which is tough to beat much less find!), and you can literally walk anywhere for fun restaurants or drive 5 minutes to Golden’s main strip. The house itself was super clean, cozy beds, washer/dryer, WIFI etc - you can tell the owner takes pride in his home for any guest(s). We would absolutely come back to stay here for our next Red Rocks excursion especially when the Coors Brew Tours open back up! 10/10 would recommend.

Summary: The house was beautiful inside and out! It’s close to downtown Golden, and well situated for other areas we visited. Michael was a pleasure to get to know and we also enjoyed his buddy, Merlin (his well behaved dog). Would definitely recommend this house and will look for its availability the next time we visit CO! Summary: Our family stayed here for a few nights during a work trip. The house met all of our needs + a large yard perfect for playing with our daughter and dog. Also within walking distance of a nice park on Orchard. Very responsive host. Great location near restaurants and across the street from two great dinner/nightlife options - Rockrest and Bottles&Barrels.
