LOCATION!!! Just a 5-10 min walk to breweries, restaurants, shopping and outdoor activities. An easy 15 min drive to downtown Denver, 10 min drive to Red Rocks Amphitheater, and a little over an hour to a number of ski areas. You won't find a better location. Private, quiet setting in a detached garage carriage house unit, yet close to everything.
A great bed is everything! This spacious, vaulted, open layout studio is furnished with a newer king-sized Nectar mattress. The love seat folds flat for an additional person/child if needed (additional linen cleaning cost of 25$, let me know ahead of time for linens) A full kitchen with new appliances and full-size laundry. Private south-facing balcony can be utilized throughout the winter with beautiful views of Lookout and South Table Mountains. Super clean and comfortable. I enjoy providing all of the items guests might miss from home: slippers, cozy blankets, electric water kettle with a selection of teas, a magnifying mirror, hair dryer, common medications, and small fans/charging stations on either side of the bed.
I love to offer my guests a local experience with the best info on breweries, restaurants, ski discounts, info on access to cruiser bikes, tubes to float in the creek, hiking trails, and nearby rock-climbing. Please feel free to call me to discuss your needs.

Summary: The property was very nice. Every detail was taken care of. The property had full size stove, refrigerator and washer/ dryer. They had a coffee maker with some fixings and a toaster. We went to the grocery store and cooked meals at the property and the owners had everything we needed to do that. Nice view of the mountain on the patio. Very close to downtown. Easy in and out. A stay.

Summary: The location was great because it was a short walk to town but was in a cute private neighborhood. This VRBO has everything you will need it felt like being at home. Lots of natural light and very clean. We would definitely stay here again if we were visiting Golden again.
