Summary: This location was a good spot for us as we were looking to explore a lot of different areas in and around Austin. The space was clean, communication was easy and convenient, and the space worked well for us.

Summary: This is a cute, clean townhouse in a safe and centrally-located neighborhood. Great restaurants and coffee shops are within walking distance. Central Market and HEB for groceries are super convenient as well. The host is a great communicator and proved all information for easy check in/check out. The house has everything for a comfortable stay ; )

Summary: This place was great to stay at, and would stay here again. While the parking lot and surrounding real estate is a tad dumpy-looking, it does NOT speak to the place itself. If you are looking for some place where the surrounding area is all bougie, this is not it. But read on. There are two good-sized bedrooms, with ample closet space. Beds were comfortable, and the furniture was not overwhelming in that it left a lot of space in each room for guests without being too sparse. Two adults fit here quite well, and I could see up to 4 adults that get along can stay here quite comfortably. There is a small patio out back that has com comfortable furniture and made for a good spot to hang out. Note that there is a Nest-type camera out there pointed at the gate on the patio, so I imagine everything you do out there is being recorded? Just an FYI; not a dealbreaker.

Summary: Totally exceeded our expectations! Clean, comfy, great use of space, amazing decor. Just far enough from campus to avoid the crowds, but close enough to be there fast. Host was very easy to reach and communicate with. We definitely recommend staying here!!
