Positive: The apartment is modern and well furnished, with a nice bathroom. Even the kettle and capsule-type coffee machine were present.

Negative: There is no air conditioner (which is not the biggest issue), but also no air supply system such as ventilation or recuperation. Since the apartments are very small, it becomes difficult to breathe if the window is closed. The window needs to remain open 24/7, but as the building is on a busy street, it is extremely noisy. Moreover, during hot weather, the heat comes directly into the room. Because of the street noise and heat, I had very poor sleep throughout my stay.

Positive: It was great place to stay. Everything was clean. There was free parking available. The location was in a calm place of the town. The staff responded well to every request that we made.

Negative: There were no elevators and our room was on 3rd top floor. This can be challenging for people who need an elevator and we did need it. I guess we were too busy to request a room on the ground floor or first floor but it seemed like they were already occupied.

Summary: It was a great place to stay but slightly expensive for a place without an elevator.
