Positive: Great location, very spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything you need. Two coffee machines (a wonderful Italian one and a classic Nespresso), lots of complimentary coffee and tea. Everything was perfect for our family. We would definitely stay here again. I don't think there is any other accommodation in the center that is so spacious, bright, and clean. High-quality linens. The house was warm and well heated! Supermarket below the house. Communication with Alessandra was fantastic, very attentive.

Negative: At times apartment was cold and we could not adjust the heating. There was no supply of cleaning essentials for dishwasher and washing machine given our short period of stay. It was also a surprise to have to remove our rubbish given we have stayed in Venice a number of times.

Positive: The location was fabulous because we were looking to do some touring in Venice and we were within 10 minutes walking of Alilaguna and all of the cultural excitement that Venice has to offer. Kitchen was well apportioned and beds were comfy. Our host was very helpful giving us a tour of the room and answering questions. She was very attentive with making sure our stay was good. Even for being in the heart of Venice, it was quiet at night.

Negative: I should have anticipated it, but there are two flights of stairs (or one very long flight) that must be navigated to get to the room.

Summary: This is a great apartment to stay in if you want to have your finger on the pulse of Venice.

Positive: Great location with lots of good shops and restaurants. An easy point to explore the city from. The apartment was very comfortable spacious and clean and perfect for our trip.

Negative: The stairs were a bit of an issue getting the bags up and down but a very minor issue considering how great everything else was
