Summary: We often return to Centra Hotel as it is reasonably priced, uncomplicated and right next to the Winterthur train station without the noise and traffic of the old town across the train tracks. The hotel is clean and the staff helpful and responsive.

Summary: Easy 5 minute walk to property from the train station. Staff was very friendly and offered us Swiss chocolate at check in. We had a top floor room which was very spacious with two windows to open at night to cool off. They also had oscillating fans in the hallway to cool the room. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and friendly staff.

Summary: Very central location, just a 5 minute walk from the train & bus station. Food places and town were all walkable within a few minutes. The room was a good size and very clean with all the facilities we required. The wi-fi was pretty fast, but unfortunately the road was dug up outside and lost Wi-Fi for about 3/4 days. Breakfast was a good selection, continental and fresh coffee brewed on request. The staff on the front desk and the restaurant were very friendly. Nothing to dislike and would stay there again if in the area.
