Summary: The location was excellent-right across the street from the train station. The hotel was clean and the room was large and comfortable. It was mostly quiet though you could hear plumbing from other rooms. The breakfast was wonderful. And just a 15 minute train ride to Zurich airport!

Summary: The staff was so helpful. The room was great and breakfast was very good. We were very pleased with our first hotel experience in Europe. It is very close to the train station and easy to find. Beds were very comfy. We had a great stay.

Summary: The location was very close to Winterthur train station and easy to find. They had an elevator. A/C could have been better. My room was a little small because I booked a single, but it was adequate for 1 person. Breakfast was good.

Summary: Friendly staff and a nice clean hotel. Great location.

Summary: I arrived after 6 PM and it was stressful to see there was no staff available for check‑in. Fortunately, I followed the instructions and everything worked smoothly. The room was very small, which I understand is common in Europe, but overall I wasn’t impressed. It felt basic, and the price didn’t really match what was offered. I suppose you pay for the brand, but it doesn’t always guarantee higher standards.I did enjoy the breakfast — the cheese, yogurt, and coffee were very good — but the overall stay didn’t leave me wowed.
