Positive: Great location - super cute downtown area with restaurants and coffee stores/bakery in easy walking distance. House is lovingly furnished, clean and very comfortable.

Positive: The location was excellent including parking. The house was spotless and the bedrooms very nicely appointed. The kitchen was large, the living room very comfortable. The interior was bright and sunny, making it cheerful.

Negative: The towels could be larger and thicker.

Positive: The house was centrally located and we were able to have a short walk to dinner and the local pubs. The house is very well decorated and the beds were very comfortable. I highly encourage anyone coming to Apex or the surrounding areas to stay here.

Positive: The home was conveniently located close to everything. We were able to drop our stuff off and go out and look around. We even cooked breakfast the morning of departure. It was a great place to stay, the mattress was a bit hard but overall I would rent this home again.

Positive: Location is great. Plenty of space. Very short walk to great coffee, restaurants, and a nice local bar. Was working a lot of the time, so didn't use the living room that much, but nice renovations and updates to the inside of the home. Comfortable beds, and nice bathroom.

Positive: Once she realized that we did not have our check in code (see below), Margaret was very apologetic, prompt, and even offered to cover the cost of having some groceries delivered to the house. That wasn't necessary for us and we were happy to have access to the house. In other words, great customer service after the initial hiccup. Overall, a fantastic location! We couldn't recommend it enough to others, and should we be in the area again, it's the first property that we'd look for availability.

Negative: We actually didn't receive our access code until an hour or so after our agreed-to check-in time. Margaret admitted that she had something unexpected pop up, which is understandable. Unfortunately, I didn't find this out until I had been on the phone with Booking's customer service for 15-20 minutes, who could not reach her either. Future bookers, be aware that while this is a three bedroom house that's quite spacious, there's only one bathroom. I did not see that noted anywhere on the booking listing, even now, a week after our stay. We had three adults, which was manageable, but if the house is full, it could cause uncomfortable leg-crossing traffic jams.
