Positive: The location was excellent. There was loads to do with the children. The swimming pools were great. We loved the farm, safari cars and bikes, the arcade etc. The kitchen was equipped, which was helpful. There was enough parking which was convenient. The bracelets were a great idea, not having to look for keys and able to use them to get into the aqua mundo and lockers.
Negative: The bungalows could be much cleaner. On arrival, I had to wipe down bed headboards, shelving, table and all were filthy. The bathroom and kitchen didn't seem to be any better. Whilst I understand there are many bungalows, it doesn't seem that the cleanliness is up to scratch. The rooms were much smaller than expected. Not idea if you have small children.

Negative: The food wasn’t great for the prices they charged especially the fries restaurant. My son had nuggets and they weren’t edible they were rock hard.

Positive: It is important to assess the facility according to the purpose of stay. For us, it was important to close to our event area and have a comfortable stay. But many people come here for a holiday so this is another perspective. The houses are actually better than they look on the photos, the rooms are very comfortable, the kitchen is nice, the bathroom is quite big and the amenities are better than my expectation. The supermarket within the facility is quite good, we didnt need to go to another one, the product variety is very smartly selected.
Negative: I understand that the houses are within the nature and there can be flies and stuff but it is not good to see spiderwebs in the corners of some rooms. We will come here to stay in 2 weeks again so there is nothing to change my plan but they really should be more carefull about this. another thing is the ergonomy of the bracelets they give, it is really difficult to open the gates with these...
