Positive: The Aqua Mondo facilities were great and the VIP cottage was well equipped. The staff we met were warm and welcoming.

Negative: There was no actual oven, and the facilities shut early without warning (I believe this was due to it running up to Xmas) I was unable to download the app as Google play said I was in the wrong area. Finally, the Hammam needed a thorough clean before use.
