Summary: The breakfast was horrible , mostly bread and and only ham and smoked fish and butter, beside some serials and eggs that look so bad , honestly I’ve been in 50 hotels in 2025 and this is one of the worst for 4 stars hotels, even ibis hotel breakfast is better

Summary: Аtmosphere and ambience, everything was above our expectations. It is especially nice that staying at the hotel you can explore the Abbey until midnight. Everything is open and there are crowds free. The smell of the herbs in the gardens is simply divine! Oh, and don't skip breakfast under any circumstances. The experience is unique.

Summary: The room in Fontevraud L'Ermitage was pleasant, it was clean and the beds were good. Perfect for 2 or 3 nights. The room was quite warm in August, there were fans but they made little difference. We also missed having a seat. We were with 4 people, so sometimes we had to wait for each other. Don’t go for the breakfast, the selection is very limited and we found it very disappointing for the price.
