Positive: We liked the sauna and spa facilities and the location of the apartment.

Negative: The check in process was difficult and confusing as the key lock box was in a different location and we were given an incomplete code and the instructions were not clear at all. The furniture in the apartment was unstable, wobbly and uncomfortable and we thought it was going to fall apart. The pots and pans were very poor quality and quite scratched which made it hard to cook for our child. The apartment was ok for 2 nights but we wouldn't stay there any longer than that.

Summary: Pleasant stay for 2 nights, sauna was great but overall some things could be improved

Positive: Like the location, room and heated pool. We have a wonderful time

Negative: Unluckily on the day that we went there, the cleaner didn’t refill shampoo, conditioner and towels, they said they’ll provide them but nothing happens.

Summary: The kids still enjoy the swimming pool although it’s winter.
