Positive: Centauria Wild is a large, clean and well located hotel for visits to the Udawalawe National Park. My wife and I had a lovely massage the evening we arrived and then went out for the safari the day after and came back to the hotel to relax. We would recommend for those looking to visit the National Park for safari.

Negative: Not many vegan only options, none for dessert besides fruit.

Summary: Very nice, large, clean hotel for stays when visiting the national park.

Positive: A little oasis in the jungle! My kid loved the pool, the room amenities were great, and it is a stone’s throw away from the national park! Loved it!

Positive: The location is great - very close to Udawalawe NP and you can sometimes see elephants from the road. The rooms and bathroom were a good size, had everything we needed and clean. The staff were fantastic; everyone was super friendly and helpful. The best accommodation we’ve stayed in during our entire stay in Sri Lanka!!

Positive: This was a surprisingly upscale, luxurious hotel - the pictures on the website don't do it justice! The family room (suite really with two bedrooms and a living room) was excellent, pool was great and ideally located for an early morning safari.

Negative: Probably lets itself down a bit on the food - the buffet dinner and breakfast was ok (ish) but not what you'd expect from a hotel of this standard

Positive: Wonderful food in great variety. Well done by Mr. Jayawardena and his team. The service was very good thanks to people like Asanka, Chami and others. The swimming pool was awesome. Location near to the park was fantastic, although there was nothing else to do in the vicinity.

Negative: We had a big room with 2 AC. One of them we couldn’t turn the fan down to 1. So, turned it off completely during the night, but then the room went too warm.
