Summary: Centara Watergate Pavillion Hotel is a haven for me, I love this hotel. The primary reason is the friendliness of all staff, especially at the front desk, and their very good beds... I sleep like a child each time here. The hotel and the room has on all my previous visits been nothing but absolutely SPOTLESSLY clean. Great AC, crisp bedding, great mattress, great towels, and overall very clean rooms. This is one of my favourite hotels in Bangkok for many years, and as my personal recommendation, try it!

Summary: I always stay in Centara WaterGate when I am in Bangkok. The hotel is near the places of interests and food are all around. The only tiny issue is with regards to the mineral water. If the hotel is able to provide a better quality of mineral water, that is the best.
