Summary: Absolutely beautiful staff and great location. Food was great in the resort and was amazing hospitality. Location great and family friendly. Only disappointing thing was had 5 guests and had to book two seperate rooms not joined. Ended up in one room with the other empty at twice the cost. The 2 bedroom wasn't available. The 1 bedroom could easily accommodate 5 guests and we had to pay for 2. It's a great option for families and the staff are amazing. The pools great for everyone. We had a lovely stay

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at Kata Palm we thought it was good value. It’s a beautiful serene setting especially the pool and the refurbished rooms are great. They are currently doing construction so you would want to check your room is away from any noise. The staff were all fantastic to deal with, especially Sutisa at the tour desk who helped with our activities. The area in Kata is near the beach and lot of great restaurants. The breakfast was fine, it changed daily and there was plenty to eat

Summary: Okay hotel but nothing special, the positive is the friendly staff but the hotel needs a update in general I was there 17 night's and the electricity was not working 3 of the day's and also there was no water in my room 3 other days. Every time there was a problem with either the electricity or water in my room the staff fixed it within 4-7 hours 😁 in general a okay hotel but I would find another if I should go to that area another time

Summary: Property is old and needs maintenance Pool area needs urgent repairs.Broken tiles ,Algae ,cracked slides etc None of the common areas have AC hence super hot Pool Bar is sub-par Bar in general is poor Buffet coffe is bad They want to charge you for use of any another facility (TT etc ) No milk provided for in room tea/coffee Rooms very poorly lit No in house massage service

Summary: I love the resort and how it had everything we needed. The pool areas were awesome and the dining options were also great. The room was massive and suited our needs. All the staff were friendly. No complaints at all

Summary: Clean and well laid out property. Kid friendly which is what we were after. Looking a little run down in places like the pool and other common areas. Decent gym. AC worked so well, our room was lovely and big. Dining/pool staff were amazing, special shout out to our new friend Joy who went above and beyond for us. Overall a great family friendly place.
