Summary: A great place to stay in North Wales. A good base for trips out. A great hotel for families with the pool a big draw for the children, at affordable rates. Third visit for myself, and looking forward to a return.

Summary: Rooms were tired, for a ‘spa hotel’ it lacked the basics. Staff largely v inexperienced to the point of rudeness. Despite staying 2 nights and having spent my Saturday at hospital with my v sick father, they refused to let me have dinner as I’d not booked Will not go back!

Summary: Clean room though it was boiling hot, very spacious. Good buffet breakfast options. Really lovely kind staff who go above and beyond every time.

Summary: Our stay was ok however the great staff didn’t make up for the tired feeling of our room. The cleanliness was just about acceptable, so long as we didn’t look behind anything when there were scraps of litter and cobwebs. I really didn’t like that the housekeeping team were using towels from the bedrooms to clean with all around the hotel and leaving pillowcases on dirty surfaces before putting them on beds. Thankfully I only saw this the morning after.
