Summary: The rooms were clean, breakfast very good and all the hotel staff were very friendly. One small negative the was a £10 per night parking charge for the car parking around the hotel which cannot remember seeing when booking

Summary: The location for Celtic Royal Hotel/Spa was fantastic in terms of walking distance to the sites in the town. There are not many options in this area in terms of hotels but this one covered the basics. The rooms could use serious updating and better heat control. The shower pressure was fantastic and the athletic facilities (workout spaces, pool, jacuzzi) were all top notch. I wish there were more fresh fruit options at breakfast but the other options were all well done.
