Positive: Room itself presented well. Bathroom had cracks in plaster, exhaust fan and toilet roll holder broken. Internal door handle of bathroom was loose and wouldn't open the door. Cleaning staff advised.

Negative: See above comments.

Summary: Good location and friendly staff. Let down by poor maintenance. Rooms should be checked regularly.

Negative: Wifi was terrible and continue to cut out and having a spider in my room and no one at the front desk would kill was my only problem
